Stella Design was established in 1999.
Managing Director, Stella Gianotto, had identified a gap in the marketplace where few companies offered
quality conceptual design and visual solutions. In concert with a growing team of qualified design experts,
Stella Gianotto has since developed a professional and affordable design, branding and marketing service
for both SMEs and larger enterprises, such as government departments, public and private corporations.
Today Stella Design offers a comprehensive, yet flexibly tailored design service to meet a broad range of needs and budgets. It has been a strategic objective for the company to retain its identity as a boutique-style studio offering uncompromising quality and innovation in the delivery of truly cost-effective solutions.
Visual and creative communication lie at the heart of Stella Design's philosophy, with Stella
herself gaining experience with design companies and agencies that specialise in the area of branding and
identity. She has worked on a wide range of projects including such brands as: Sportsgirl Sportscraft Group,
Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus, Mattel Barbie and Sydney Organising Committee of the Olympic
Games (SOCOG), just to name a few.
Stella Gianotto completed a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications at the University of
Western Sydney gaining 11 years of industry experience. Previously, Stella has been a finalist in the American Express Student Designer Awards. She has also participated in the NSW Department of
State and Regional Development 'Women in Business' Mentoring Program sponsored by Westpac. In 2003 Stella Design was selected as a 'model business' to participate in the development of an interactive
cd-rom for the Department of State and Regional Development.
Stella, has also been a Rotarian and served on both club and district level committees, including the Public Relations Committee. Stella has also been the President and Vice President of BNI a local Business networking group, and has served as a counsellor at The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. in Sydney.
